Our Approach
Our counseling services are designed to help you navigate disruptions in your life caused by depression, anxiety, stress, grief, or uncertainty. Through guided conversations, we explore the root causes of your pain, anxiety, anger, sadness, and other challenges. These sessions are centered around you, with the goal of reducing or eliminating disruptions and helping you regain a sense of balance.
We create a tailored, supportive environment where you are in control. Your counselor uses a person-centered approach, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, humanistic, and emotionally focused techniques to best meet your needs.
Meet Your Counselor
John G. De La Fuente obtained a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas Pan American in 2006 and became a Licensed Professional Counselor in 2021. He has assisted clients experiencing depression, anxiety, stress, life changes, PTSD, and other situations that were causing difficulties. John has worked with a variety of clients from first responders to youths. With over ten years of experience working in social service settings, he decided to take a more personal approach by offering his services directly to you.
